Jesus said:
“Every good tree bears good fruit.”
– Matthew 7:17
People recognize a tree not by its leaves, but by its fruit. In the same way, people recognize Christ through the way we live. The Fruit of the Spirit is not just about personal spirituality. It is about what flows out from our life into the lives of others. Fruit always benefits someone else.
A mango tree does not eat its own fruit. Others enjoy it. The same is true spiritually. When love grows in us, people feel safe around us. When peace grows in us,
our home becomes calmer. When patience grows in us,
relationships survive difficult seasons.
When kindness grows in us, hurting people feel seen again. This is how God becomes visible through ordinary people. Jesus never said:
“They will know you are Mine because you speak loudly.” He said: “By their fruit.”
